We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how it works:
Exchange window: 7 days from delivery. The item must be unused, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
How to start: WhatsApp us at +92-300-3732677 with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll confirm within 24 hours.
Damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost.
Refunds: processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days of us receiving the returned item.
Not eligible: perfumes and fragrances once opened or unsealed, for hygiene reasons.
